Machine reamer for metal 31 H7
The 31 H7 machinereamer, a Morse taper shank NRTc finisher with a tapered shank, complies with the DIN 208 dimensional standard. It is a shank finisher reamer designed for finishing cylindrical, through-hole and blind holes. It has chip grooves, torsion. It is made in accordance with DIN 208 from special HSS - High Speed Steel. It has high cutting properties, allowing machining in high tolerance H7. Their purpose is to increase the accuracy of machining hole surfaces, enlarge the hole to the required size, improve the shape, bring out the hole axis. Thanks to the properties of high-speed steel, the 31 H7 machine reamers we offer are highly resistant to any mechanical damage and also show a longer service life. They are suitable for conventional milling machines and lathes as well as modern CNC numerical control machines.
