Hand tapping tool M7 3 pieces
Hand tapsM7 x1 HSS - a high-end set of 3 professional taps for making through and blind hand threads, ordinary, metric M7, ISO DIN 13, with an angle of 60 degrees. The set includes: a proper threader and a finishing threader. The allowance of the material cut during threading is divided between the individual threaders.
The tools are made of modern HSS high-speed steel, according to the ISO 529 standard. The use of this unique tool steel guarantees the high quality of the threaders, high resistance to blade breakage during threading and, at the same time, high machining accuracy. Thanks to this, M7 hand thread ers are suitable for cutting threads in materials P1.2-P1.3, including but not limited to ordinary steels, carbon steels (unalloyed), metals, non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), metal alloys (bronze, brass) and also hard plastics. Threads are made using a special knob. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO 2/6H.
