Modern roughing shell reamer 10,8 NRTb machine tool, size 10,8 mm, made to the highest standards from special HSS - High Speed Steel. It is a high-end long shank ripper with Morse taper shank. It has torsion chip grooves and is designed for machining through and blind cylindrical holes. Its purpose is to achieve a high dimensional accuracy of the hole, improve the geometry of the hole and bring out its axis, as well as to achieve the appropriate roughness. Machine reamers made of HSS are suitable for cutting hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class These are unalloyed steels, metals, brass, bronze, aluminum, copper and plastics. The offered reamers are distinguished by their high resistance to mechanical damage and long service life. They are suitable for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools.
