It is an arbor finishing reamer with a cylindrical shank, embedded. It is made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 212, from modern high-speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. It is a steel that meets the highest requirements in terms of technical performance of cutting tools. Machine reamers 18 H7 made of this steel are characterized by high cutting parameters, as well as greater strength to withstand harsh working conditions. They are hard, durable and resistant to mechanical damage to the blades. They are used to increase the quality of machining of machined holes, to enlarge the diameter of the hole, to level out irregularities, as well as to lead out the diameter. The reamers are suitable for conventional and CNC computer-controlled machine tools. They can be used for machining unalloyed steel, metals, nonferrous metals and plastics.
