Machine reamer for metal 15 H7
Modern 15 H7 machine finish reamer with NRTd cylindrical shank with a diameter of 15 mm, designed for "finish" machining of cylindrical holes, in H7 tolerance. It is an arbor finishing reamer with a cylindrical shank embedded. It is suitable for reducing the roughness of the hole surface, bringing out the hole axis and achieving high accuracy of the hole shape and dimension. Machine reamers 15 H7 of this type are manufactured in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 212, from special HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to its properties, the reamers offered by us can be used for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class These are unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoset plastics. The reamers are highly resistant to harsh working conditions, as well as resistant to possible mechanical damage to the blades. They can be used for various types of machine tools, including conventional milling machines and lathes as well as CNC machines.
