Countersink countersink 30 90 degrees for metal

Conicalcountersink 30 90 degrees with Morse taper shank. Designed for enlarging holes as well as for face machining around holes. High quality 30 90 degree NWSb conical countersink, conforming to DIN 335-B dimensional standard. Designed for professional machining of previously drilled holes with a maximum diameter of 30 mm, at an angle of 90 degrees. It can be used for countersinking, enlarging and also for removing any irregularities on the surface of the drilled holes. The offered tapered countersinks are manufactured from specialized HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to its properties, the countersinks are characterized by better cutting properties than those made of conventional tool steel. The countersink blades are resistant to high temperatures generated during high-speed machining. In addition, they are resistant to any mechanical damage incurred during the machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials (unalloyed steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, bronze, brass, plastics). The countersinks in question can be used for any type of machine tools (drills, conventional machine tools, CNC machines).
