Application three cutting edges enables uniform cutting without vibration, resulting in a better surface finish and longer tool life. Ø40 mm 90° countersink performs well at high cutting speeds, including at elevated temperatures up to six hundred °C.
Ideal as a countersink for metal, it can be used effectively for structural steels, aluminum and brass, as well as a Ø40 mm 90° countersink for stainless steel, when coolant is used. High-quality cutting surface reduces cutting forces and facilitates chip evacuation, improving operating efficiency.
