M12 HSSE-PM powder-coated machine tapping for blind holes
Modern machine taps with through threads according to DIN 376. They are designed for machine cutting of hard-to-machine steels up to 1400 MPa. They are suitable for making ordinary metric blind threads M 12 mm, the angle of nut 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13, the angle of turn 15 degrees. The offered machine threaders have a type of C (2-3 P) nut, so they can be used to make through and blind threads in materials that give short chips. The metric machine taps in question are manufactured from modern high-grade cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. The addition of cobalt significantly increases tool life, extends tool life and also improves machining performance. Thanks to these features, the threaders help to reduce the amount of machining costs and also make better use of the workstations. They are designed not only for amateur machining, but primarily for professional use in large locksmith shops. They can be used for cutting hard alloy steels, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, acid-resistant steel, cast steel and cast iron
