Machine tapping M10 for stainless steel
Specialized machine tapping M10 torsion blind for cutting ordinary metric threads type M, diameter 10 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, nut 2A, ISO DIN-13. Tolerance of the made thread ISO2-6H. The thread is manufactured from special cobalt high speed steel HSSE. This is a modern material, which allows not only to cut very hard materials, but at the same time allows machining in very harsh conditions, such as high temperature (up to 600 degrees C). M10 torsion machine tapping allows high-performance machining of materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3 - including ordinary steels, unalloyed (carbon) steels. Metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and thermoplastics. Even during machine threading at high speed, the blade of the thread cutter we offer is extremely resistant to any mechanical damage such as breaking, cracking, breaking, chipping or dulling. Also noteworthy is the fact that the use of the subject threader significantly increases machining efficiency, reduces working time and enables cutting with high accuracy.
