Die M45 for manual and machine threading
Die M45 x4,5 WS for threading, round type NHMa, for cutting threads of nominal diameter M45. It is made in accordance with DIN 22 568 from special WS steel. In our store you will find die designed for metric ordinary - external threads. They are made with the highest quality and are dedicated to both retail customers and large manufacturing plants. Die metric of this type are used for manual and machine threading, and the tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Proper thread cutting occurs already in the first working pass, after less than two coils. Die they are highly resistant to difficult cutting conditions. They maintain resistance to abrasion, even under the influence of high temperatures generated during high-speed threading. Their advantage is also increased resistance to potential mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping, chipping). Thanks to their properties, die are suitable for machining metals, unalloyed steels, nonferrous metals, metal alloys and plastics.
