Designed for machining holes at an angle of 90 degrees. It can be used to widen them, deepen them and remove burrs on the surface of the holes. The 20.5 90-degree tapered countersinks from our store are made of special high-alloy HSSE - High Speed Steel. This type of steel is characterized by improved properties, greater hardness and durability. Tapered countersinks made of this steel are resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees), which allows high-speed machining. In addition, the countersink blades are resistant to any mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping), which contributes to a longer service life and lower machining costs. Countersinks made of high-speed steel are suitable for machining hard and hard-to-machine materials falling into the category P1.2 - P1.3. They can be used for conventional machine tools, drilling machines, as well as modern CNC machine tools.
