Precision ground long drill bit for metal fi 4,9 with cylindrical shank with a diameter of 4,9 mm. Manufactured according to the dimensional standard NWKb, DIN 340 from special high speed steel type HSS-G. Drills of this type meet the highest requirements for drills intended for professional use in large factories and workshops. Thanks to HSS-G high-speed steel, long drills for metal fi 4,9 are very resistant to mechanical damage such as cracking, breaking, blunting, chipping and others. This makes it possible to significantly extend the service life and thus reduce overall labor costs. The drill bits we recommend enable high-performance and very precise drilling. The holes made are axial along the entire length and with low roughness. They are recommended for professional machining using not only conventional machine tools (milling machines, lathes, drills) but also CNC-controlled numerical drilling machines. They are suitable for drilling holes in hard unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys, plastics.
