It is an ASME B94.2-1995 1/8 size reamer and is recommended for high accuracy finishing. Its task is to perfectly adjust the dimensions of the hole to predetermined parameters. The use of the reamer guarantees the achievement of high accuracy and roughness of the machined surface as well as appropriate tolerance. The reamers are made by a Polish manufacturer from special HSS high-speed steel. It is a steel that allows higher strength to withstand heavy cutting conditions and also higher resistance to any mechanical damage. The reamers are resistant to fractures, cracks, chipping and others. Their advantage is greater hardness and durability, as well as the ability to machine hard-to-machine materials.
