The NRSa reamer is a tool for the final machining of a tapered hole with the required higher accuracy class. Manual reamer with cylindrical shank, having straight blades. It is used to achieve high dimensional accuracy and roughness. High-grade Morse taper reamer MK3 NRSa, complying with dimensional standard DIN 204, designed for professional machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials. It is a reamer designed for manual machining, using a special knob (it has a square collector). The reamer is suitable for finishing holes, adjusting them to a predetermined size and roughness. The reamers in our offer are recommended for cutting materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class These include unalloyed steels, automatic steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, thermally hardened plastics. The reamers are made of special HSS high-speed steel. Its properties contribute to higher blade strength and greater precision in machining. They are recommended for individual customers and industrial plants - for unit work and small series.
