The reamer is designed to carry out manual processing (it has a square collector). It is suitable for machining tapered holes with a convergence of 1:50. The reamer is made of modern HSS high-speed steel. It is a steel characterized by increased hardness and durability, as well as increased resistance to very harsh working conditions. Tapered 5 hand reamers found in our store also have increased resistance to any mechanical damage caused when cutting very hard and hard-to-machine materials. They are suitable for machining holes made in materials of class P1.2 - P1.3 (carbon steels, metals, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermosetting plastics). Reamers are recommended for finishing operations that require adjustment of holes to the required size, roughness and tolerance.
