It is used to achieve high dimensional accuracy and roughness. High-quality Morse hand reamer' MK1 NRSa, designed for machining Morse taper holes. This is a hand reamer, MK.1, in accordance with DIN 204, made in Poland. The NRSa reamer is used for the final machining of a conical hole with the required higher accuracy class. It has straight blades, and machining is carried out using a suitable knob (the reamer has a square collector). The reamer is recommended for high dimensional accuracy and roughness. Its advantage is high hardness and durability, which translates into a longer service life and a lower risk of blade damage when machining hard-to-machine materials.
