Professional machine Tap inch-pipe type NPTF, 1/8 - 27, nut C - for threading through-holes and blind holes in materials giving short chips. The biggest advantage of the offered taps is their production from special cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. The addition of 5% cobalt significantly increases the cutting parameters. The offered machine threaders are characterized by increased temperature resistance up to 670 degrees C, as well as increased machining efficiency. They are suitable for machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as alloy steels, acid-resistant steels, heat-resistant steels, stainless steels, cast steel, cast iron, iron sinters and steels with strength up to 800 MPa.
