Inch long threader 7/8" for pipes
Professional inch long threader 7/8 machine inch pipe threader for cutting pipe and cylindrical threads type NGRf, G 7/8", with an angle of 55 degrees, according to DIN ISO 228. Pipe and cylindrical threads are used for pipe connections and other fittings that do not require sealing in the thread. The 7/8 inch long pipe threaders we offer are manufactured from special HSS high-speed steel. This is a material that allows a significant increase in cutting efficiency, and thus also a noticeable reduction in the machining time of individual parts. High-speed steel also increases the cutting properties of the tools and their resistance to harsh cutting conditions. The machine taps in question are resistant to mechanical damage to the blades under the influence of cutting hard materials. They rarely break, crack, chip or even dull. They are suitable for machining materials in the category marked P1.2 - P1.3.
The taps come from stock, and were manufactured by the Polish company FWP (Precision Products Factory). It has the designation R, because at the time of the production of the tapping tool there was no G standard in Poland. It is a 100% full-value G inch tapping tool, made in dimensions and tolerances in accordance with the current standards for G threads according to DIN-ISO 228.
