It is a G 1 1/8 inch pipe tapping machine, made in accordance with DIN 5156.Outline angle of 55 degrees, helical chip grooves. The thread cutter is used for cutting pipe and cylindrical threads, which are used for threading pipes and elements of their connections. They are used for connecting fittings and elements that do not require sealing in the thread. Offered to you machine threaders G 1 1/8 inch, inch-pipe threaders are produced from modern high-grade HSSE high-speed steel. The addition of 5% cobalt makes the tools maintain high resistance to severe cutting conditions, including high temperatures generated during machining (up to 670 degrees C). In addition, machine threaders made of HSSE steel allow machining hard and hard-to-machine materials (alloy steel, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, heat-resistant steel, cast iron, cast steel). Their blades are rarely subject to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping), and thus the taps can be used for a long period of time.
