Die 7/8 inch for pipes
Professional 7/8 inch round pipe punch, pipe-roller. Professional round pipe inch pipe-cylindrical thread cutter for cutting external pipe-cylindrical threads with a nominal diameter of G 7/8 inch. It is suitable for manual and machine threading, and proper thread making is done in the first working pass. The nut is 1.75P, the tolerance class of made threads is A, the angle is 55 degrees. Cylindrical pipe threads are used in all kinds of pipe connections, fittings and pneumatic system components. Die 7/8 inch pipe threads found in our store are made in accordance with DIN-EN 24231, using a special HSS high-speed steel. Thanks to the high properties of this steel, the die in question are characterized by better cutting parameters. First of all, they can withstand high temperatures of up to 600 degrees, formed during high-speed cutting. Even under harsh machining conditions, die maintain high technical performance and are resistant to any mechanical damage (cracks, fractures, chipping). They are suitable for machining P1.2 grade materials - P1.3.
