Machine threader G 1 inch for stainless steel
Professional G1 inch pipe machine threader. It is suitable for making pipe and cylindrical threads, used in mechanical connections of fittings and parts that do not require sealing in the thread. The G 1 inch pipe machine threaders we offer are manufactured from special cobalt HSSE high speed steel. Its most important ingredient is cobalt (5%), which influences the better cutting properties of the taps. First of all, they allow higher machining efficiency (shortening the time of threading a single piece), and thus reduce labor costs. In addition, the threaders in question guarantee high machining precision and resistance of blades to possible fracture, cracking, blunting, chipping, breaking out and other types of mechanical damage. As a result, the threaders can be operated for a very long period of time.
