Machine threader G 1 inch blind hole
High-end modern machine threader G1 inch, inch-pipe type G, for cutting pipe and cylindrical threads. Outline angle of 55 degrees, type of cut C for threading blind holes in materials with short chip. The inch-pipe machine threaders in question are made in accordance with the standard marked DIN 5156. Their greatest advantage is that they are manufactured from special high-alloy cobalt HSSE high-speed steel. The addition of cobalt makes the taps suitable for machining very hard and hard-to-machine materials such as alloy steels, stainless steels, acid-resistant steels, auto steels, heat-resistant steels, cast iron (gray, ductile, drawn), cast steel. Despite the possibility of cutting hard materials, the blades of machine threaders G 1 inch blind are extremely rarely subject to any mechanical damage (fractures, chipping cracks). Thanks to this, the offered machine threaders guarantee a long service life while maintaining high machining parameters.
