Inch long threader 3/4" for pipes
Modern 3/4 inch long pipe machine threader dedicated to both individual customers and large locksmith shops. It is suitable for making pipe and cylindrical threads, type NGRf, G, 3/4", complying with DIN ISO 228. The special feature of the tapping machine is its production from modern HSS high-speed steel. This specialized steel makes the inch-pipe machine threaders we offer to thread parts made of carbon steel (unalloyed), metals, non-ferrous metals, thermoplastics. The high properties of high-speed steel also make our long 3/4 inch pipe machine threaders extremely resistant to various types of breakage, cracking, breaking, chipping and even dulling. This extends their service life. In addition, threaders allow high machining efficiency (more efficient use of workstations), which also results in greater economic benefits. The tools are suitable for threading parts made of P1.2 materials - P1.3.
The tapping tool comes from stock, it was manufactured by the Polish company FWP (Precision Products Factory). It has the designation R, because at the time of production of the tapping tool there was no G standard in Poland. It is a 100% full-value G inch tapping tool, made in dimensions and tolerances in accordance with the current standards for G threads according to DIN-ISO 228.
