Description
Modern machine Tap inch-pipe type NGRf, conforming to ISO DIN 228, is designed for making pipe and cylindrical threads, G 2 3/4", with an angle of 55 degrees. Inch-pipe machine taps available in our offer are produced from special molybdenum HSS (High Speed Steel). In comparison with classical tool steel, HSS steel causes the possibility of a significant increase in cutting efficiency and thus better use of the machine tools. In addition, the offered machine threaders are resistant to very high temperatures arising during threading (up to 600 degrees), as well as to other harsh processing conditions. Thanks to the increased cutting capabilities, the tools in question can be used for threading workpieces made of unalloyed steel (carbon), metals, nonferrous metals (aluminum, copper), metal alloys (brass, bronze). Their use is advantageous not only technically, but most importantly financially.
