Hand tapsM39 x4 HSS - a set of professional general-purpose taps for making standard metric threads M39, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN-13. They are suitable for threading through-holes and blind holes. They are designed for machining materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3, including metals, non-ferrous metals and their alloys, carbon steels (unalloyed) and also hard plastics. The M39 hand t aps are sold in a set, which includes tapping tool No. 1 (pre-cutter) with an 8P cut, tapping tool No. 2 (ripper) with a 4P cut and tapping tool No. 3 (finisher) with a 2P cut. The tolerance field of the thread made is ISO-2(6H). The tools are made of special high-alloy HSS (High Speed Steel). The unique properties of the steel in question improve the cutting parameters, mainly the precision of thread cutting and increase productivity. In addition, the taps are extremely resistant to damage during operation. The threading dies comply with the ISO 529 standard.
