Round M18 x2,5 HSS threading dies, NHMa, for cutting external metric ordinary threads, diameter M18. It is suitable for left-hand threading - LH, the tolerance class of the threads made is 6g. Offered by us die were produced by the Polish company FANAR. They are characterized by high quality workmanship made of special HSS 800 high speed steel. Its properties affect the increased machining capabilities, above all, higher productivity and better accuracy. They can be used for threading parts made of P1.2 - P1.3 grade materials (metals, unalloyed steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, plastics). The die offered by us are resistant to harsh working conditions, resistant to high temperatures generated during high-speed threading. They are also rarely subject to mechanical damage (cracks, chipping, chipping, dulling), which prolongs their service life and reduces overall machining costs.
