Center drill 1 mm HSS regular for nuts with a diameter of 1 mm. Made entirely by grinding method from special high speed steel HSS - High Speed Steel. Designed for pre-drilling - nuts before the actual drilling with a drill bit. This type of pre-drilling prevents the drill bit from whipping at the initial stage of drilling. Offered in our store, 1 ordinary drill bits for nuts have special two chip grooves with a 60-degree angle, whose task is to efficiently remove the cut chips and improve the quality of machining. They are designed for professional machining of very hard and hard-to-machine materials of P1.2 - P1.3. class, including carbon steels, structural steels, metals, copper, aluminum, metal alloys and heat-hardened plastics. Their special advantage is increased resistance to very harsh cutting conditions and thus increased abrasion resistance. Blades center drillów are resistant to mechanical damage (fractures, cracks, chipping). The tools are dedicated to amateur machining and professional nut drilling in large locksmith workshops.
