Center drill 1,6 mm HSS plain for nuts intended for making pre-drilled nuts for future holes. Diameter 1.6 mm, countersink angle 60 degrees. Center drill has two cutting blades with a countersink angle of 118 degrees and is made in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN 333 A. A special HSS high-speed steel was used in its production. It is a steel with exceptional mechanical properties. Drillers produced from it are very resistant to harsh cutting conditions and resistant to possible mechanical damage caused at the stage of machining hard and difficult-to-machine materials. Drill bits can be used for drilling nuts in parts made of unalloyed steels, metals, nonferrous metals, copper alloys, aluminum alloys and also thermoset plastics. The blades are resistant to breaking, cracking, chipping and other types of damage.
