High-quality NWRc type reamer designed for common nuts with a diameter of 0.8 mm. It has 2 cutting blades with an angle of 118 degrees, as well as 2 chip grooves with an angle of 60 degrees for efficient removal of chips from the material being cut. The reamer is made entirely of special HSS - High Speed Steel. These types of drill bits are used in cases where it is necessary to pre-drill the hole and guide the drill bit. This activity prevents the drill bit from whipping, especially at the initial stage of machining. HSS increases the machining parameters, makes it possible to expand the catalog of cutting materials and also increases the strength of the drill bit to withstand harsh working conditions. Tools made of this steel are resistant to any mechanical damage, which increases their service life. The reamers we offer comply with DIN 333 A and are suitable for machining materials of P1.2 class - P1.3.
