The M26x2 hand taps offered by us are used for cutting metric fine threads, M 26 x 2, ISO DIN-13. They can be used for threading through-holes and blind holes in parts made of materials classified as P1.2 - P1.3. These include metals, unalloyed steels (carbon), non-ferrous metals and their alloys (aluminum, copper, bronze, brass) as well as hard plastics. M26x2 hand taps are made of modern HSS (High Speed Steel), which facilitates threading and at the same time significantly increases cutting efficiency. In addition, this material makes it possible to machine very hard and hard-to-machine materials. There is very little risk of possible damage to the tapping blade during operation. Threading is done manually in three working steps. The tools are made in accordance with the ISO 2181 standard.
