M27x1 hand taps for stainless steel
Hand tapsM27x1 fine thread HSS. Two high-grade M27x1 fine-coil hand taps type M, 27x1, with an angle of 60 degrees, ISO DIN 13. The set includes: the actual threader and the finishing threader, the use of which is required to make a proper thread. They are made according to ISO 529 standard from special molybdenum HSS grade high speed steel. This type of steel is used for the production of professional tools used in large locksmith shops. It is characterized by high strength and heavy working conditions, including high temperatures - up to 600 degrees C. Thanks to these properties, the blades of taps are resistant to cracks, fractures, chipping and even dulling, and thus the tools can be used much longer, without the need to replace them with new ones. The offered M27x1 fine-coil hand thread ers allow high-performance and highly accurate threading. The tolerance class of the threads made is ISO2-6H. Designed for threading through-holes and blind holes in materials of class P1.2 - P1.3 (metals, non-alloy steels, metal alloys).
