Carbide insert it is characterized by above-average resistance to heavy cutting conditions and also by extended service life. It has the following technical data: side length l -12,70 mm, insert thickness s - 6,40 mm. The multicutting inserts offered in our store are made according to the highest quality from a special grade of sintered carbide WKP35. Thanks to the properties of this grade of sintered carbide, the inserts are very hard and durable, designed for professional machining of various grades of steel and cast iron (gray, ductile, malleable). Multicutting inserts are much more resistant to mechanical damage than cutting tools made of high-speed steel. Multi-cutting inserts are used for high-performance machining at increased speeds. They are suitable for conventional and CNC numerical control machine tools.
