It is an insert characterized by increased strength for heavy cutting conditions, as well as greater resistance to high temperatures formed during high-speed cutting. It has the following dimensions: side length l - 16,5 mm, insert thickness s - 4,76 mm, corner radius re - 0,8 mm.
It is made of a special grade of carbide with a borazon tip. This is a modern grade of carbide designed for cutting parts made of hardened steels, hard materials above 45 HRC in interrupted machining. The multi-cutting inserts in our store are resistant to very severe cutting conditions, including high temperatures (700 - 1000 degrees C) created when cutting very hard materials at high speeds.
