Tolerance field of cut threads 2B, outline of threads triangular, type of D-cut - for through-holes and blind holes with long thread run. We offer you unified machine thread cutters produced with the highest quality according to DIN 352. For the production of thread cutters a special HSS - High Speed Steel is used. This is a material that allows high cutting efficiency, which affects a significant reduction in working time, more rational use of the workstations, and, as a result, also reduces the overall cost of machining. The above is also influenced by the long life of the tools. Our machine taps are resistant to harsh cutting conditions and, above all, to the high temperature created when cutting high speed. The blades of taps are rarely subject to fractures, cracks, chipping and other types of mechanical damage. Taps are designed for machining unalloyed steels, metals, copper, aluminum, bronze, brass and plastics.
