UNF 1-12 HSS die – robust tool for large fine threads
UNF 1-12 die is used to produce external threads with a diameter of 1 inch (25.4 mm) and a pitch of 12 threads per inch. The UNF (Unified National Fine) system provides 50% more threads than its UNC 1-8 counterpart, resulting in significantly higher load capacity and better resistance to loosening. HSS material ensures durability when machining materials up to 800 MPa.
