High quality thread cutter for machine cutting of American unified fine threads. These are inch threads of UNF type, diameter 6-40. The tolerance class of the made threads is 2B. Outline of threads of triangular shape (60 degrees). Outline type C (2 - 3 P) - for cutting internal threads in blind and through holes in materials that give short chips. The unified machine threaders presented to you are manufactured with the highest precision from modern cobalt molybdenum steel of HSSE (High Speed Steel) grade. Thanks to it, they are distinguished by the possibility of obtaining high machining efficiency, as well as its high precision. HSS machine taps are also resistant to a variety of mechanical damage caused during the machining of hard and hard-to-machine materials. The blades of taps rarely dull, break, crack or chip. They are suitable for threading unalloyed steel, metals, nonferrous metals, brass, bronze and also hard plastics.
