Manufacturer Narex with a general purpose through shank for cutting common threads unified type UNF, diameter 1.1/8 mm, with an angle of 60 degrees, ANSI B-1.1 Angle of the nut C (2-3 P) - for through-holes and blind holes in materials giving a short chip. The threader is suitable for threading nuts in materials marked P1.2 - P1.3, including unalloyed steels, metals, metal alloys (bronze, brass), copper, aluminum, zinc, non-ferrous metals, magnesium alloys and thermoplastics. The tolerance field of the threads made is ISO2-6H. The 11/8-12 machine thread cutter is characterized by high resistance to harsh cutting conditions, and, above all, to the high temperature created during cutting (up to 600 degrees C). The blade of the tapping machine is resistant to possible breakage, cracking, breakage, chipping and dulling. An important feature of the thread cutter is also the ability to achieve high machining efficiency. Thanks to it, machining time is shortened and personnel costs for machine tool operation are reduced. Another advantage of the tapping machine is also the possibility of obtaining high accuracy of cut threads. The thread cutter complies with the standard marked DIN 371.
