Machine threader 3/4-20 UNEF for stainless steel, American
Modern 3/4-20 UNEF machine taps with through shank in accordance with DIN 374. Designed for cutting American unified very fine threads. These are inch threads of the UNEF type. Thread cross-section ¾ inch, 20 turns per inch, triangular outline with an angle of 60 degrees. The tolerance class of the threads made is 2B. Type of outline C (2 - 3 P) - for threading blind and through holes in materials with a short chip. The unified machine threaders offered in our store are made of the latest HSSE cobalt high-speed steel. This unique steel influences better cutting parameters and, above all, high machining efficiency and higher precision. The properties of the steel affect the greater resistance of the thread cutters' blades to mechanical damage under high-speed cutting. The subject 3/4-20 UNEF machine taps can be used for machining unalloyed steels, metals and other hard materials.
