Description

High-quality professional thread cutter for machine cutting of American unified threads UNF - No 5 - 44. These are fine threads, with a triangular outline (angle of 60 degrees). The tolerance field of the threads made is 2B. Thread type C (2 - 3 P) - for blind and through holes in materials that give short chips. In our store we recommend unified machine threaders produced from modern HSS (High Speed Steel) according to DIN 352. This type of machine threaders are resistant to severe cutting conditions, and, above all, resistant to very high temperatures, which arise when cutting at high speed. This feature makes it possible to reduce machining time, thus making better use of the machine tools you have and reducing overall labor costs. In addition, HSS taps rarely crack, break, crumble or break out, which significantly extends their service life. They are suitable for machining materials of P1.2 category - P1.3.
