It is designed for cutting UNF (fine-coil) American unified threads with a cross section of 5 inches and 44 coils per inch. Type of cut C - for through holes in materials with a medium or long chip. The offered unified machine taps are made of modern high speed steel, the essential component of which is cobalt - HSSE. It is a steel with exceptional cutting properties and allows machining of hard materials of P1.2 class - P1.5. These include alloy steels, stainless steels, acid-resistant steels, heat-resistant steels, cast iron, cast steel, non-ferrous metals. The machine taps in question are highly resistant to harsh cutting conditions, and even at high temperature they maintain high resistance to fracture, cracking, chipping and chipping. In addition, they guarantee high machining efficiency and better utilization of existing workstations.
