Tapered countersink fi 80 mm 90 degrees DIN 335 B HSS is a robust and precise tool designed for countersinking and modifying previously drilled holes at an angle of ninety degrees. Thanks to its manufacture in accordance with DIN 335 B and the use of modern HSS high-speed steel, the tool guarantees long life and efficiency even in demanding machining conditions.
The Morse taper shank version allows safe and stable operation in conventional and numerically controlled (CNC) machines. The optimized geometry, which includes 3 blades, provides effective stabilization during cutting, reducing vibration and enabling an exceptionally smooth countersinking surface.
It is an excellent choice as a conical metal countersink, also proving itself in working with hard and difficult-to-machine materials such as stainless steel, metal alloys and engineering plastics. Thanks to its ability to withstand temperatures of up to six hundred degrees, high machining speeds are possible without sacrificing quality.
