Countersinkcountersink 40 90 degrees with Morse taper shank. Designed for hole enlargement as well as face machining around holes. The conical countersink 40 90 degrees type NWSb is designed to change the dimension or shape of a previously drilled hole with a maximum diameter of 40 mm, at an angle of 90 degrees. They are most often used to countersink holes for screw heads. The tapered countersinks offered in our store are manufactured in accordance with DIN 335-B from special HSS high-speed steel. This is a Polish product, characterized by high quality workmanship. The advantage of the countersinks is their high resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. They can be used for high-performance machining, during which high temperatures are generated. Countersinks are resistant to temperatures as high as 600 degrees C. This makes high-performance cutting possible, influencing shorter working time and more rational use of existing machining stations. Countersinks are suitable for machining materials of P1.2 - P1.3 class (metals, non-alloy steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermo- and chemically-cured plastics).
