Tapered countersink fi 63 mm 90 degrees DIN 335 B HSS is a powerful cutting tool designed for precision machining of holes up to sixty-three millimeters in diameter, at an angle of ninety degrees. Thanks to the use of DIN 335 B and production from HSS high-speed steel, the tool guarantees excellent machining quality, durability and resistance to intensive use.
Equipped with a Morse taper shank, the countersink ensures stability during operation and full compatibility with conventional and CNC machine tools. Three precisely spaced blades stabilize the tool, minimizing vibration, resulting in greater accuracy and aesthetic surface finishes.
As a taper countersink for metal, it is ideal for working with unalloyed steels, nonferrous metals, technical alloys and hard plastics. High abrasion and temperature resistance (up to six hundred degrees) allows effective use as a fi 63 mm 90 degree conical countersink for stainless steel in demanding industrial conditions.
