Arbor cutter 26 2 flute for grooves

Modern burr 26 2 flute for keyway grooves, double-blade, NFPg, in accordance with DIN 327, designed for making keyway grooves. The diameter of the cutter is 26 mm. It is made to the highest standards from high-quality HSS high-speed steel. This is a steel characterized by above-average technical parameters. HSS milling cutters are distinguished by increased resistance to heavy cutting conditions and increased resistance to blade damage when machining hard materials.

NFPg milling cutters are recommended for making keyways. They have 2 central cylindrical-front blades with a 25-degree turning angle, which allow them to plunge vertically into the workpiece. The design of the cutters (short shank) allows for machining that requires a small overhang and high rigidity of the tool. The 26 double-feather burrs are recommended for machining on various types of conventional machine tools and modern CNC machines.
