- required diameter of the shaft - 13.03 mm.

Threading machine die 1/4 inch for pipes

Professional 1/4 inch pipe, tubular-roller-type burnisher. High-quality round inch NHRa burnisher designed for cutting external pipe-roller threads die G ¼ inch. These types of threads are used in fittings and pneumatic installations, as well as in all other pipe connections. The thread is cut in the first working pass after less than two turns - a 1.75P nut. The die 1/4 inch pipe, inch-pipe anneals offered to you in our store were produced by a Polish manufacturer, in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN-EN 24231, from special high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel). The NHRa dies in our offer are characterized by increased resistance to very heavy cutting conditions. They make it possible to cut threads on workpieces made of materials classified as class P1.2 - P1.3 (metals, unalloyed steels, steels up to 800 MPa, structural carbon steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, thermosetting plastics). The advantage of the dies is the possibility of high-performance threading with increased speed. The blades of the threading dies are resistant to mechanical damage, which significantly extends their service life.
