2 inch pipe burner
Professional 2 inch pipe, tubular-roller-type hole punch. It is suitable for manual and machine threading. Complete threading is done already in the first working pass, after less than two coils, 1.75P nut. The 2-inch pipe chasers on offer in our store are made according to the dimensional standard DIN-EN 2423 from special HSS (High Speed Steel). This is a tool steel with special cutting properties. Tools made of this steel are very resistant to heavy cutting conditions. They show resistance to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) generated during high-speed cutting. The blades of the tooling dies are additionally resistant to any mechanical damage, including fractures, cracks, splits, chipping, and breakage. The advantage of the threading machines is also high precision machining. Threaded surfaces are characterized by high quality and accuracy. The offered inch-pipe dies are mainly dedicated to professional threading in workshops and production plants.
