Professional die 3/8 inch left -handed pipe, tubular-roller tool. Okrgła machinist's burnisher is a multi-cutting tool for cutting external threads. It is a die 3/8 inch left pipe thread cutter, uniform, which means that it makes a thread in one pass, after less than 2 turns and exactly 1.75 P a full thread in 6g tolerance is already made. The working principle of the thread cutter is to screw it on (just like a nut on a bolt) during which the blades of the thread cutter cut the thread. The tool is made of high-grade SW7M high-speed steel from the HSS family. It is possible to use the dies both in manual and machine processing. An important issue when making threads by hand is the use of toolholders for burnishing dies, thanks to which the proper execution of the thread is ensured and damage to the burnisher can be avoided. Thread cutters have chip holes, which are designed to drain the cut material, depending on the size of the thread cutter, there can be usually from 3-6 holes. In the working part of the burnisher one can distinguish between cutting parts (they exist on both parts of the working part) and a guiding part located in the center of the working part.
