Threading machine die 1 1/4 inch for pipes
Professional die 1 1/4 inch pipe, tubular-roller-type burnisher. The threads in question are used in all pipe connections, in fittings and pneumatic installations. Inch-pipe nares offered to you in our store are produced entirely from special high speed steel HSS (High Speed Steel), in accordance with the dimensional standard DIN-EN 24231. The proper execution of the thread is already done in the first working pass after less than two coils - a 1,75P nut. The die 1 1/4-inch pipe chasers are characterized by increased strength to withstand very difficult cutting conditions. They allow machining of materials included in class P1.2 - P1.3 (metals, unalloyed steels, steels up to 800 MPa, carbon structural steels, non-ferrous metals, metal alloys, hardened plastics). The advantage of the offered tools is, first of all, the possibility of high-performance threading with increased speed (at high temperature up to 600 degrees C). It is important that the blades of threading dies are very resistant to any mechanical damage, which significantly extends their service life.
