Tolerance class A, 55-degree angle outline, type of NHRa thread cutter. Complete threading is done in just one working pass, after less than two turns. The die 3-inch pipe, inch-pipe dies offered to you in our store are dedicated to individual customers and large manufacturing plants. They were produced from special HSS high-speed steel. This is a steel distinguished by enhanced cutting properties. First of all, it increases the strength of tools to withstand harsh cutting conditions, expands the catalog of materials that can be machined, and allows to increase cutting efficiency. The tool bits made of this steel are very hard, durable and wear-resistant. In addition, the blades of the tools are resistant to any mechanical damage (breakage, chipping), which makes it possible to extend the service life of the tools.
