Professional die 1 inch pipe burner, pipe-roller, made in Poland, type NHRa. It is suitable for professional cutting of pipe-roller threads. Proper thread making takes place already in the first working pass after less than two coils. Tolerance class A, angle 55 degrees. The die 1-inch pipe chasers are produced in accordance with the standards of the dimensional standard DIN-EN 24231 from modern HSS molybdenum high-speed steel. This is a specialized tool steel characterized by increased strength to withstand harsh working conditions. First of all, the dies produced from it are more resistant to high temperatures (up to 600 degrees C) resulting from high-speed cutting. This makes it possible to increase the efficiency of threading, reduce machining time and thus make more rational use of the workstations you have. HSS inch-tube threading dies are designed to be more resistant to any mechanical damage, which allows the tools to last longer and reduce overall machining costs.
